Last Saturday I went to the beach looking for a few good stones to use in a conversation about balance.  I was thinking one stone to represent each major area of life.  I did find those stones and  you will meet them later.  However, I thought this group of stones represented a lot of peoples lives!  One stone per project!  Overwhelmed........  Totally out of control...... If this is what your life looks like take some time this week to get rid of a bunch of stones.  There is no way you can be balanced and focused with this many stones.......

 

You might try a fun experiment - gather eight wonderful  little stones of different sizes & shapes and try balancing them one on top of the other.  See just how high you can get them and how long they stay there!
